Cable Squat to Deadlift 4 Sets of 20 Reps

Cable Kickbacks 4 Sets of 15 to 20 Reps each side
BOSU Bridge 4 Sets of 20 Reps

T-Raises 4 Sets of 10 Reps
Sumo Squat to Upright Row
